Vivian is a seasoned professional with experience on both the client and supplier sides. Over the course of her 34-year career, she has interviewed 25,000+ Hispanics via groups, one-on-ones and ethnographic interviews and has a list of satisfied clients, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, P&G, American Express, Colgate Palmolive, GE Money, GM, Pillsbury, JC Penney, and Wal-Mart, who can attest to her skill and relevant, useful and empowering results.
